To increase the area of navigation: put your mouse on the dividing line until it changes into a double pointing arrow, click (holding the mouse button) and push the line up.

To go back to the previous page within the frame: click on the right button of the mouse(PC), click the button, hold (Mac), and select the option Back in Frame.
